That ’90s Show Trailer Review – Cinegenics

The brand-new trailer for Netflix’s That 90s Show spinoff series has a new basement group getting up to some old shenanigans. Including some…insightful chats in the circle. It has fans of the early 2000s comedy series That 70s Show saying “Hello, Wisconsin” once more.

Leia Foreman (Callie Haverda), the protagonist of the new television series, travels to Point Place, Wisconsin, to spend the summer with her grandparents Red and Kitty (Debra Jo Rupp). Leia appears to have inherited her father’s endearing geekiness, but it didn’t stop her father, and it surely doesn’t stop her as she settles into her parent’s old hangouts and makes new acquaintances.

In the trailer, Ashley Aufderheide is introduced as Gwen, Maxwell Donovan as Nate, Sam Morelos as Nikki, Reyn Doi as Ozzie, and Mace Coronel as Jay Kelso, for whom Leia starts to feel something. Whatever their parents would say, right?

Topher Grace, Mila Kunis, Ashton Kutcher, Laura Prepon, and Wilmer Valderrama from That 70s Show are all back. The teaser also hints to them several times. Giving viewers a general notion of what they have been doing for the past 15 years. Since they all rushed up those basement stairs to ring in the new year together in 1980.

Andrea Anders as Gwen and Nate’s mother Sherri, Don Stark and Tommy Chong, are returning to the cast. Bonnie Turner and Terry Turner created That ’70s Show. Who were behind the original That 70s Show, together with their daughter Lindsay Turner. Along with Marcy Carset, Tom Werner, Jessica Goldstein, and Chrissy Pietrosh, Gregg Mettler acts as the executive produces the show. Netflix will launch That 90s Show on January 19, 2023.
